On the one hand, the Arbequina olive, from Catalonia, is a type of olive that ripens quickly and does not take root too much on the tree. The oil from this fruit is a fruity and almondy oil, whose aroma helps to enhance its smoothness in the mouth (a peculiarity that makes it a great ally when cooking).

On the other hand, the Picual variety is characterized by its strong and intense flavor. This variety in particular is used to create a high quality oil that surprises for its aroma and its perfect combination with all kinds of ingredients.
