Extra virgin olive oil with a smooth, silky and aromatic flavor. A blend of Arbequina, Picual, Cornicabra and Manzanilla. Fresh, perfumed and light on the nose, with soft sensations of tomato and ripe fruit, along with subtle spicy touches. The palate is sweet, silky and balanced, with notes of green grass and avocado, prevailing ripe notes of apple and banana.
Casas de Hualdo produces 700,000 liters of Premium oil each harvest, which is stored in inertized stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 18 and 22ºC all year round in order to preserve all its properties to the maximum.
