1. I can't find the prices of the products, how can I buy?

Spanish Delicia is platform exclusively for professionals, so before you buy you must register by sending us this form. Once we check your data and validate your account, we will send you a confirmation email with a username and password. When you log in with your username and password you will see all the prices and you will be able to place orders. We also have this purchasing guide explaining the steps to follow, if you still have any questions, contact us and we will help you in whatever you need.

2. What methods of payment do you accept?

You can pay by wire transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal or American Express. Please note that if you choose wire transfer your order will be prepared as soon as the bank notifies us of the payment.

3. What countries do you ship to?

We ship to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Croatia, Bulgaria and Romania. Postal codes not listed in our shipping costs section are considered remote areas where we do not deliver.

4. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on the destination country and postal code. Order preparation time is about 7 working days and the estimated delivery time is 1-5 working days. If you want to know more precisely the delivery time to your portal code, please, contact us.

5. With what shelf life will I receive my products?

The products are prepared in the factory at the time you place your order, so you will receive them with the maximum shelf life. In "Product details" (below the photo), you will see a field called "Best before". Please note that this time will be indicative, not exact.

6. What if I want more information about a product?

7. Can I modify my order?

Yes, you can make changes to an order already placed, as long as the order has not started to be prepared. You will know the moment when your order starts to be prepared because we will inform you by email. To carry out any modification to an order placed, you must send an email to: customers@spanishdelicia.com explaining the modification to be made and our team will contact you.

8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged, there is an error or missing merchandise?

You should check your order before signing the delivery note or CMR and note any discrepancies on the delivery document. If this happens, you will have to send us an email to customers@spanishdelicia.com within 24 hours of receipt, attaching the delivery document and photos of the incident so that we can manage the appropriate claim. Our team will contact you to give you a solution to the incident.
