Buying at Spanish Delicia is a quick and easy process. In this section, we will show you all the steps to make your purchase.
Spanish Delicia is a platform exclusively for professionals, so you will need the intra-community VAT number to create your account.
1. Log in with your password and add products to the cart. Prices are per box and the minimum purchase unit is 1 box. You will also see the price per kilo or per unit. You will be able to print your cart in pdf at any time.
2. The prices on the website do not include taxes and transport. Shipping cost are charged separately as they depend on the weight of your order and the country of destination. You will be able to see the shipping costs and transit times when you are registered.
3. Checkout and fill in your billing/delivery information. Remember to indicate all the necesary instructions so that you order is delivered correctly.
4. Choose the method of transportation. Refrigerated for all products on the web or dry for those that do not need cold. We take care of the transport and deliver the order to the door of your business.
5. Finalize your order by making the payment by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or AMEX. We also offer invoice payment after 30 days, contact us and we will inform you of the requirements.
6. We receive the products directly from the manufacturers and in 5-7 working days approximately we will have your order ready to ship. You will receive an email when we start to prepare it and another one when the order is shipped.
7. Delivery time is 1-5 working days, depending on the country and post code. We will keep you informed at all times of the status of your order and the approximate date on which you will receive it.
