Raw sheep's milk. Natural rind. Artisan farmstead cheese aged minimum 60 days. Semi-hard texture, buttery on the palate. Developed flavor, with a sour and sweet background at the same time. Aftertaste of cereals and nuts with a slight itching. Aroma of medium intensity with hints of wool. Its name comes from its flattened tubular shape that reminds us of the animal's leg.
