Raw sheep's milk. Cheese made in the surroundings of the Urbasa National Park (Navarra), smoked with beech wood and a minimum maturation of 3 months. It has medium salinity and a spicy touch, with a paste with a firm and somewhat grainy texture. Slightly smoky aroma and exceptionally intense and prolonged flavor, broad, while balanced with matured sheep's milk.

V de Navarra is a cheese of quality and know-how that has been passed down from generation to generation, pursuing excellence in the production of cheese at every stage of its manufacture, from the collection of the milk to the ideal maturing process. 

It is an ideal complement to many dishes as an accompaniment, as a touch of flavour or even as a substitute for traditional protein sources (meat and fish) in some meals.
