Product made from a mixture of selected fresh meat from pigs with the PGI designation 'Chorizo de Cantimpalos', which is chopped, kneaded and then stuffed into natural casings and stapled, and finally subjected to a drying and maturing process, resulting in a product with a characteristic colour, smell and taste which complies with all the specifications of the Protected Geographical Indication 'Chorizo de Cantimpalos', making this chorizo a unique and special product. This is the real chorizo from Cantimpalos de Segovia, famous and recognised not only in Spain but also abroad. Our national star product, packaged in a protective atmosphere for better preservation.

It is recommended to be consumed at room temperature to fully appreciate all its organoleptic characteristics.
